Term And Conditions
1. A customer must be 18 years of age to register.
2. Each user must ensure that they comply with their own local, national or state laws before opening an account.
3. Customers will choose their own email and password. This must be kept confidential. No other person should have access to this information. If a customer suspects that this information has been available to any other person, then contact our at GOGOTIPS@yahoo.com immediately. New security details will then be allocated.
4. GOGOTIPS reserve the right to refuse the whole, or any part of any picks for any reason. We also reserve the right to close any account without any obligation of justifying the reason for doing so.
5. Where account registration details are found to be inaccurate, misleading or incomplete, GOGOTIPS reserves the right to close the account.
6. Once a transaction has been confirmed by GOGOTIPS, changes will not normally be permitted.
7. GOGOTIPS does not accept any responsibility for typing, human or palpable errors, which lead to obvious picks errors. In such cases picks will be accepted at the correct final picks before the commencement of the event in question.
8. GOGOTIPS reserves the right to amend these rules at any time. Any such changes will be binding and effective immediately.
9. GOGOTIPS bares NO responsibility for any loss or damage of members who make use of provided information for any kind of gambling activity. GOGOTIPS.com doesn't encourage betting or any illegal activities.
